If you have at least 12 months of sea service on commercial vessels over 12m while holding your <24m SRL endorsement and completed the Training Record Book (TRB), you may be eligible for your >24m up to 500 GT SRL endorsement.

One of the biggest hurdles in gaining the 500 ton endorsement is learning all the theory required to complete the Training and Record Book.

We’ve designed our workshop to help. You’ll complete everything in the TRB in the workshop (except the ‘vessel handling’) and our tutor will sign it off.
